Voice portals are the most natural way of communicating as it allows
customers to access internet information anytime anywhere using a telephone.
Voice portal enables users/customers to access information on the internet
through a telephone interface. Voice portals uses speech recognition and
text to speech (TTS) conversion to create a user interface. Using this
interface, users can navigate through the voice web page using phone and
voice commands.
Odin's voice portal platform provides a robust platform
with many useful features which will substantially reduce the time to
market.
Some of the features of Odin's voice portal platform
includes:
- Continuous speech processing
- Echo Cancellation
- Barge in capability
- Word spotting
- Voice activity detection
- Call logging/recording
- VoiceXML support
Voice portal comprises of the following components:
- Telephony component
- Automatic Speech recognition
- Text to speech
- VoiceXML browser
Any of the following cards can
be used as the telephony component. Selection is dependent on the number
of channels required, DSP power.
