Yes, the OTX driver reports SLC96 TR08 signalling state change information when TR08 mode is enabled.
TR08 mode can be enabled by setting the attributes OTX_ATTR_T1E1_TR08_MODE and OTX_ATTR_T1E1_CHANELLIZED_ABCD_BIT_ACCESS to OTX_TRUE for the hosting T1E1 device. The signalling state change is reported in the OTX_T1E1_EC_TR08_STATE_CHANGE event.
