Odin Telecom FrameworkX (OTX) is a collection of re-usable software and hardware components or "building blocks" each implementing certain telecom functions. The OTX framework features apid implementation of a great variety of computer-based telecommunications systems.

All OTX adapter boards use the same driver, and the same API, thus minimizing the learning curve for the application developer between various OTX adapters.
