RICHARDSON, Texas - March 2nd, 2006 - We at Odin TeleSystems are committed to continued full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements affecting both our present and prospective markets. Environmental compliance in particular is given special care and attention in all aspects of our business.

In light of the recent Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive passed in the EU, Odin TS is working towards meeting the legal-level limit or complete elimination of the presence of the following substances from all of our product lines:

lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and halide-containing flame retardants polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE).

We expect to satisfy these environmental requirements in full before the July 2006 deadline and we will do so without sacrificing our products’ recognized quality, reliability, performance, and value.

Odin Telesystems is also in the process of implementing proper Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) labeling on all of our products, primarily those intended for sale and distribution in the European Union.
